Following an extensive national search, Jen emerged as the ideal leader to guide SunOpta’s sales function and help propel the company’s growth strategy forward. With more than 18 years of experience as a seasoned sales executive, Jen brings a proven track record of success across blue-chip companies, family-owned businesses, and private equity-backed organizations.
Most recently, Jen held senior leadership roles at Dessert Holdings and PepsiCo, where she consistently drove strong results by building high-performing teams and fostering a customer-solutions mindset. She has helped lead complex businesses ranging in size from $250 million to $1 billion in annual revenue and is widely recognized for her results-driven focus and “people-first” leadership style. Her approach blends strategic thinking, vulnerability, and decisive execution to deliver sustainable performance.
